Ben was extremely welcoming and responsive to all items that needed addressed. It was especially comforting how respectful he was during the pandemic, giving significant heads up for showings and enforcing face masks for any maintenance visits or apartment showings. 10/10 would recommend.

Lived in my apartment for about a year and had a good experience overall! The apartment was't perfect (it is an older building and that came with some issues) but management was always really great about responding to my emails and maintenance requests. I would recommend Lakeview Associates.

Lakeview associates is an amazing company to rent from! I had a wonderful experience with my apartment and the service from our landlord - Ben. Anytime we were in need of assistance our landlord would respond in a very timely manner to ensure our issues or questions were taken care of promptly. The apartments and buildings are well maintained too! I would 100% recommend working and renting with Lakeview associates, you will not be disappointed!

I have been living at properties managed by Lakeview Associates for the past 5 years and I gotta say, they are the best property managers I have ever had. They are extremely responsive to maintenance requests and usually respond within 24 hours of a request. They were also very flexible and accommodating throughout the pandemic. Lauren Schroeder, was our last property manager and I can't recommend her enough. Lauren is very professional and patiently answered any questions we had during our stay with them. Overall I will highly recommend renting with Lakeview Associates.
