I have to agree, this company is awful. The way Samuel Lewis carries out his business is unlawful. I would definitely search for more reputable management companies out there. Even their website is outdated.

Avoid anything related to this company or Samuel Lewis. This guy is a straight con man and crook. Do your homework. Beware, this is a warning. Get references and check check check. You will find the truth about these fraudsters. Just look at the name. Tomorrow’s Humanitarian Engineers?????? = T.H.E. Are you serious. What a joke. You have been warned.

As en employee, this is a great little team. I'd like for people to know we only have 4 employees at the moment, owner included. We represent condo associations and tenants should deal directly with their landlords who would be independent condo owners. When repairs and maintenance is needed, it's often my job to contact vendors and arrange with board members of the associations to schedule for getting estimates and the needed services, once the board decides on which vendor to contract with. Our name stands for "Tomorrow's Humanitarian Engineers" which got my attention from the start because it's based on a personal drive of genuine concern to help the homeowners in struggling associations recuperate and get the repairs and services they need.

This company has to be the worst property mangment company of all time. I’ve lived in an apartment that they manage for three years and it’s awful. I don’t understand why the upkeep of the building is so poor. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s in a black community or they’re awful overall. What sparked this review is I was locked out the house because a key was stuck in the door. Keep in mind the key has been stuck in the door for about a two weeks but someone removed the piece of tape keeping it open. Not to mention, this happened before and they fixed it after three weeks. Now it’s broken again. The building has a dryer that has been broken for three years. The carpet in the hallway is fifitlhy and the building has mice. Recently, they have sent out exterminator, but they need to patch up holes in the building for a successful removal. I haven’t seen any mice lately,but I’m not home a lot. My neighbor said she cagit eight baby mice in her unit last week. Please do better. I will happily remove this review if changes are made. I also encouraged other tentants to write reviews about there personal experience.
