React Physical Therapy - West Loop

I had such an incredible experience here, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I went due to a chronic knee injury and have gone to other PTs in the past. Jo was my PT at React and shes absolutely incredible! When I first went in for my consultation, my knee was bothering me and I noticed it daily, now I dont notice it at all and feel a lot stronger! Everyone is so knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help. I recommend the West Loop location, if I have any issues down the road this is where I will go.

The physical therapist, staff and process is all very good. The downside is the limited availability of scheduling appointments. There are no weekend appointments available and the therapist that I've been in contact with either don't work all five days a week, and the one that does is booked up for months in advance.The biggest issue I have is there 24-hour cancellation policy. I am a very respectful person and always give a days notice or more when something comes up, unless I have totally forgotten or gotten sick that morning.  However, when I called in January and canceled 23 hours in advance I was charged the $50 fee because I didn't give them 24 hours notice!! When I finally got through to the building office after several attempts, messages left and never returned, they said they would credit my account Not even a refund on my credit card that was billed? Then I was given a lecture about having to be respectful to fill appointments...apperantly they need the full 24 hours. Did somebody really call in that hour and want that exact time slot for a therapist that has many openings during the day???

I am so glad I chose React for my PT! I had extreme tightness in my inner thigh/hip flexors that was causing pain and limiting my workouts. I was extremely frustrated that I couldn't lift the heavy weight I had always been able to. As a recommendation from my boyfriend, I went into see Franco and he is the BEST! After only a few months of lower intensity movement, I am finally back to my regular training level. Every single staff member I worked with is personable and genuinely cares to give you the best care possible. Most importantly, they make you feel welcome and comfortable in their space. GO TO REACT FOR YOUR PT NEEDS :)

Franco and his team were extremely helpful in my recovery from a reconstructive shoulder surgery. They are professional, friendly, and extremely good at what they do. Should I ever need physical therapy services again, I'll be coming right back to React's West Loop location!

I worked with Franco and his team at React Physical Therapy to help heal a shoulder injury sustained while serving as an Officer in The Marines that was exasperated through a lot of golfing. I can't recommend them enough! Going in, I was very concerned that I would end up needing surgery, but Franco and his team were able to coach me through the process (both in person with them and exercises on vacation) to help heal me as quickly as possible. On top of that, Franco followed up multiple times after my series of in-person sessions to ensure I had all the assistance I needed. Further, he provided me with multiple routines of exercise to continue doing on my own to ensure I completely heal. I can't recommend them enough!
