      image This location received my faxed prescription order from my doctor, yet due to the negligence and incompetency of pharmacy staff at this CVS location, my prescription wasn't filled five days after the faxed order was transmitted. When I attempted to pick up my prescription two days after my Dr's visit, the pharmacy associate I spoke with had no knowledge of the faxed order which had already been successfully transmitted to this location. Three days later, I addressed this issue with a pharmacy associate at this location over the phone, and he made no efforts to take accountability for this oversight. Unless you don't mind experiencing highly unreliable service, I strongly recommend avoiding using this CVS Pharmacy location to fill prescriptions.
