Just left the store. I was looking for help. I was in search of vitiam d. That simple. I went to the pharmacy n they sent me to the other side of the pharmacy. The lady looked bothered. And she said they are on the side. I said yes I know but im looking for specific 1000 iu . She looked dumbfounded. She said I don't know she didn't even look up to see me. I then pushed the button to call for help and the girl that came in said I don't know she glance and didn't say much.
I was already irritated. I went to pay up front n I was looking for water bottle since they always have a mini fridge up front. The cashier saw me looking and I told her I'm looking for a water bottle. She said I don't know where they might be. They all looked confused n lost. Like do they even work here. Or have experience with customer service. I then told her they must be towards the back with the food section. I payed n left. I went there only cuz I was in the area. But never again.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PHARMACY! 11/27/2021. I brought in a prescription at 10:30 a.m. They told me to come back after 1:30. I came back at 2:45 instead. MY PRESCRIPTION STILL WASN'T READY. I waited until 3:05, then left empty handed. I guess my SICK family won't get their medicine today. THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY IS A JOKE!!!

Nancy, was unbelievably rude. My doctor gave me a discount card to use for my medication, after she made my 70 year old grandma sit and wait for a hour she denied the discount card that was activated. At the end of the day its not about the discount on the prescription its about her ignorant attitude, lack of empathy, and horrible customer service. Its a shame because the head pharmacist is so sweet and she has to deal with coworkers who don't care about their customers.

This store is the worse. I've had so many problems with picking up scripts. I don't drive and when I come back they never are ready when they say they'll be ready. One time I waited two hours past the time they said that it'll be ready and it still wasn't ready. all kinds of poor customer service for so long I finally transferred my scripts elsewhere. I am adding an update to this post. I called corporate the next day after I posted this review. I gave them all the information as to what happened. They took my name and number and said they would send this to the person that handles complaints and someone would call me back. Guess what? They never called me back. Figures!

Just got vaccinated there. There were little to no wait times. However employee was extremely disrespectful and had no manners.
