Very bad experience: kryder llc staff would not give me an answer and hang up the phone. Bad attitude: the staff would leave and they keep passing my case to a different person and would never answer me. My car accident was 8 months ago and no word from no one yet. I am totally frustrated with their services :)

They provided me with quite bad services. I have contacted them many times to know about the case status, but they just reply me need more time to study my case. I am totally frustrated with their services. Really wasted my time and sent me to a very unprofessional staff. Didn’t even try to help me fill so many papers out just to be here writing a bad review. They had me go to these places and all now I’m about to be in debt due to hospital bills they don’t call and check up on you or anything. So I tell you all people do not hire them for solving your cases.

Justin was great to work with. Very thorough, kind and proactive. He got the job done and was very patient with us, yet firm with the other party. We appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness.
