Let me begin by saying - I am NOT an easy customer.. I a bit needy and need lots of attention.. But let me tell you how awesome Christina and her team is!! I own 3 homes and have dealt with Chase, Wells Fargo, Lending Tree, a Mortgage Banker, and a local Chicago Bank for purchase and refinances. US Bank - hired the best team in town. Christina's service is the best I have dealt with. She is transparent and honest with what she can deliver! Her response and customer service is the best in the business. She offered a deal that was unheard of for Jumbo loans - No PMI -10% down. And the rate was amazing too! What I like about Christina and her team is that they work so hard to get approval and processed. We received an approval within 2 weeks and closed within that time frame! After this experience I will NOT be shopping it around anymore because Christina and her team is the best! We closed within 2 weeks after our Underwriting approval. Appraisal was done within a week.
