Through personal attention and care, Jerry Ortega and his team helped make the difficult process of buying a home as easy as possible. Past experiences with other lenders had me dealing with too many people, too many documents getting lost in the shuffle, and way more stress than buying a house should create. Thankfully, not the case here. Jerry and Ralph took care of every step promptly, and I always felt I was in good hands. They were kind and patient, and acted quickly when needed, which was very helpful considering my long distance application and 2 hour time zone difference. I truly felt I had a personal, family-oriented team working for and with me to make my cross country home purchase happen. Very grateful and would recommend them to anyone looking to finance a new home.

Working with Andrew Luett was an absolute pleasure. The constant communication and updates really made my job a lot easier. There was no need to check in to see if something was done because he was on top of it. He sent out e-mails letting our client know what phase the loan was in and I know my client appreciated it as well as I did. I look forward to working with Andrew again and hoping for more smooth transactions.
