If you are someone that wants to refinance or purchase a home go to this agency and ask for Soraya Rendon. Shes one great human being but specially a great loan officer. She treated my case if it was hers. She was on top of everything since the first day I contacted her till the last day. She made herself available 24/7 to get my refinance done. I have had the pleasure of working with Soraya twice now for my home financing needs. I was initially concerned about purchasing a new home given the current state of the market, however, Soraya was able to get me approved for a conventional loan at a good rate that would not leave me with a high monthly mortgage! She was also able to help me with a down payment assistance program. Soraya and her team were very responsive to any questions I had and they explained every step of the process along the way.
