James and his team helped us buy our dream home, and we are so grateful for all of their help. From the outset, James was always available to answer calls and texts very quickly and got us in to see houses that we were interested in ASAP (even after work hours!). James is great, communicative, personable, and just very fun to be around! His team is also top notch, and his inspector was especially helpful during the closing process. Claudia was extremely professional, friendly and helpful as I searched for an apartment in Chicago remotely. She was available as needed, regardless of the time of day, and even went to see an apartment on a holiday so we wouldn't miss out. Her unmatched work ethic allowed us to get the apartment we wanted, at market value, without having to overbid.

We were so thrilled to work with Abby Spurlin and the Moda Group this year as we searched for our new home and I simply can't recommend her enough.
