Kendra was awesome, she is very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. The facility was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I purchased 6 sessions through groupon. Upon my first visit Kendra took measurements of the area I chose (Tummy) and had me weigh in. On my last session we did the same thing and I lost 5lbs in 2 weeks. The measurements are where it counts. I lost 2" in my bra line, 2" inches around my panty line, and 5" around the stomach area (belly button). That's some pretty big results, I even had family compliment me that I was starting to look more shapely. This location also had a rewards system setup there. If you have something done you can get another 20% off that month on something else. They also have monthly specials posted inside. Overall it was a nice experience and I’m glad I bought the 6 sessions. It was a seamless experience.

If I could give no stars, I would. The owner is unprofessional, irresponsible and just plain rude. She canceled my SCHEDULED appointment three times in a row the same morning. Her sorry excuse was renovations but her horrible attitude towards the whole situation sealed the deal. I bought three sessions on Groupon that I never redeemed and never got refunded. She’s a waste of time! Don’t bother!

Yes, It was a pleasant experience and I felt very comfortable. No surprises, was very informed. The follow up and appointment reminder was also very nice, just to confirm all was ok. This was my first time and I was nervous, but Kendra was friendly and comforting. If you are thinking about it, just stop and do it. You will not be disappointed!!!
