I have worked with Eric and ECS on several exterior projects when we need to sub out exterior work as my husband and I have an interior remodeling company and sometimes it is needed to complete a job. Eric has not only been outstanding with his responsiveness, knowledge and understanding pertaining to anything exterior - the quality of workmanship is excellent and the communication is on point. We have a trusted partner in ECS.

Its has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. A window replacement job that has lasted 6 MONTHS. No shows, no returning calls, complete unprofessionalism. Wrong size windows ordered, oh and job still not down as we head into winter.

Worst experience ever! The thing is, we are still currently experiencing it as I'm writing this review since we still don't have an insulated window, just a piece of wooden board, and it's already winter. Our unit was exposed to snow, rain and cold drafts (there was a gap) that has damaged our interior trims and have contributed to a higher electric and gas consumption because of the extra heat needed. The project was supposed to have been completed last May but it's already mid-Novemeber, and all 3 units in our bldg still have no windows. To add insult to injury, I came home one day and that particular window, which had no problems whatsoever, was gone. They removed our window and entered our unit without prior notice, exposing our personal belongings and our dogs to their employees. I'm not saying they would do anything but I wouldn't want anyone entering our home without letting me know first. Communication from Eric has been lacking, to the point of non-existent. Our bldg association has sent countless emails and messages and, have only gotten maybe a couple of vague responses. I wouldn't trust a company that would neglect their work and expose personal belongings and the health of homeowners to the elements.
