      image Do not go through Xfinity, when I had my services installed they damaged my new apartment walls and Xfinity employee who installed the WiFi left wires dangerously hanging. Photos for proof as a car could have run into it. As well as the worker cut the wires from my upper and next-door neighbors Wi-Fi, they had a local repairman fix that.
      Called Xfinity two separate times for confirmation tickets nobody ever came back to fix and repair it yet, been over a two weeks!
      This store was absolutely no help, I kindly asked if I could speak with management as the situation calls for it. The manager said he couldnt do a thing except write a report and get back to it 3-5 days. I asked multiple times for other support or a number and he said thats all he could with little care. Was disappointed by the seriousness of the situation and the unprofessionalism by management.
      Highly recommend other local services for better value and support.

      image HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Everyone was nice and understanding but its absolutely ridiculous to have 15+ people waiting close to 2 hours while being the only internet provider in Chicago.

      image Talk about customer service. I went in with a failed cable box, the Comcast rep looked up my account, supplied a new box, with remote, and answered my setup questions all within 10 minutes. No hassle, no attempt to upsell, just respectful, efficient customer service.
      That's the sign of a great company culture. Comcast may not be the least expensive option, but there top notch with customer service.

      image I had a great experience here at this store. I traveled way out of my way to return a device. I bypass two different Xfinity that was closer to me (Evanston & Uptown location) because of a bad experience. It was worth the travel. Great welcoming and I got in and out in 10 minutes. I will come back.
