Let’s talk about SERVICE. Exceptional comes to mind. It’s my second year using Tropical Rentals for my outdoor planter boxes at work. About 10 days after the wonderful and beautiful flowers were planted the strong winds knocked over a few boxes. As we were trying to save the flowers I called John (owner) and he dropped everything to come to the rescue. Within 20 minutes he was there getting things restored. Need I say more?! Thank you, John!

I have had the pleasure of working with John, the owner of Tropical Rentals in Chicago. I'm on the board of our condo building on the near North side of the city of interior enhancements, roof deck furniture and outdoor landscaping. I was so impressed with John's immediate response to our needs. When I asked to change out orchids and indoor plants for something different it was done with exactly what I had asked for and our plants were immediately changed to two amazing fresh green indoor planters. I highly recommend Tropical Rentals for any home or business. Quality and great value!
