        They came to look at our water heater and after a back and forth it was decided a thermo couple may or may not work. The heater is 12+ old so I said let's just replace it for the quote of $900. They said they could do it that day .....then the second person needed couldn't do it after several hours of back and forth. Then after several more hours back and forth the next day which was Saturday fell through and again couldn't do it😡! Bottom line all that time wasted and stuck starting all over on a weekend😡😡😡
