Honestly the most ghetto living experience Ive ever had. The amenities are mainly for advertisement purposes, as they often dont work and theres never any real intention to timely repair anything. Management is very nonchalant and unbothered until its time to collect the rent. Washers and driers dont work. Broken windows have been broken for weeks - no repairs. If you want to give away money for a bunch of stuff you wont actually get, come on over to Aspire. Youll most certainly regret it.

I am currently living in Aspire Residences for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Rick and the maintenance team for their prompt assistance whenever we had any questions or concerns. The apartment complex offers fantastic amenities like a fitness center, pool, and a grill, which add a great deal of convenience and enjoyment to our daily lives. The apartment itself boasts a stylish design with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing stunning views that never fail to amaze. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is incredibly convenient as well. Although we have encountered occasional issues with the air conditioner during the summer, mostly on Fridays when the maintenance team isn't available over the weekends, it hasn't overshadowed the overall positive experience we've had.

Living here has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Ever since I moved here there have been so many issues both with maintenance and some upper level staff. To start off, when using the elevator, expect to see dog pee from time to time, not to mention there was a time one of the elevators were dysfunctional posing huge safety risks. Secondly, the 4th floor amenities such as the fire pits and some grills rarely work until its move-in season and they try to make it look presentable for prospective tenants. There have been situations were cars have been broken into particularly because they lag on fixing the entrance to the inner parking garage just as they do most things, another example is the A/C unit which took centuries to fix. The pictures below are a good example of safety concerns and resolution time. A tenant, one day randomly smashes a couple of the glass that make and face the front of the building. There is also occasionally domestic violence concerns and one time I had the police knocking on my door for a domestic violence complaint that was literally across the hallway. This attests A) To the quality of screening for tenants B) How well management has control over situations. This is not a place I aspire to live Update: Not only do they do nothing about the reviews they receive, but they hire a comedian to belittle the complaints of their tenants through. Comedy Night

Toured this apartment, applied and paid the application fee but didnt end up working out so I moved into another luxury complex. Got a call today from a debt collector saying we owe them $197? Emailed and heard back no response from Aspire. Whether the debt call was fake or a scam, why do these people have my information especially if we paid our application fee? How weird and lowdown this place is.
