I've rented 3 times and a colleague of mine rented for an extended stay. Each renter was quite pleased: with the furnishings, with the service, with the locations, and with the views, all remarkable.(All four rentals were on upper floors.) The Grand Plaza in particular had amenities like the exercise room that were appreciated. Short stays, a couple of days, are possible if you book them far enough in advance, but longer stays are more affordable. The suites I rented were in crowded areas, meter parking and Chicago's overpriced garages exclusively, but again, if you book a long stay you can garage your car in the building at a more reasonable rate. Make arrangements with Susan Berman if you can; she's trustworthy.
