        I began to truly live the Ayurvedic way after my services here. After being in the hospital for a terrible stomach pain (with no reasoning from the doctors besides "gastritis") I made a consultation over the phone with Monica. I live in Indiana so she worked with me over the phone sometimes. I did a month long coaching program where I ate what she recommended, I started incorporating things such as tongue scraping, self massages, using oils that she made for me, etc. I also went in for a half day and received a few services such as a lymph massage and shirodhara. When I first learned about Ayurveda, I wasn't sure how to include it in my life - it can be overwhelming, so I definitely recommend seeing someone who specializes in it to help you in the process.
