My experience with this contractor was horrible,instead of replacing my new motor I just bought for air conditioning and heating he kept my new motor and had an unlicensed electrician - I believe - to just clean some electric wires there and he put back the 20 years old motor which now collapsed and my tenants endured cold until I had to buy a new motor and find reliable contractor to replace the old motor with the new motor I had to pay again for it plus the service and not mentioned the stress I've been trough to drive from far NW suburb and the money and time spent again and after I called him he let me believe he'll come and fix the problem but in fact was like an ugly farce he never came and not even answering the phone.He blame cats or dogs in the condo for the motor not working when my tenants have NONE of that.Throughout the summer the old motor - which I thought is the new one -leaked water on the floor and my tenants complained so I sent there the maintenance man and paid him to vacuum the system of A/C and heating but thankfully they like more heat than A/C until the motor collapsed and I was puzzled why this happened when I just had it replaced until it was taken out and see the reality : IT WAS STILL THE 20 YEARS OLD MOTOR THERE. He's using this ''electrician'' to do other jobs for his building and this electrician doesn't even have a car but Teodor Ardelean took my money cash and a check which I have it with his business name AND NOW HE WANTS TO WASH HIS HANDS BLAMING THE ELECTRICIAN BUT HE WAS THERE WATCHING HIM DOING WHATEVER HE WAS DOING.DO NOT TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR,JUST FOR THE MONEY.HE'S CHEAP,DISHONEST AND DOESN'T HONOR HIS OBLIGATIONS,AT LEAST TO REFUND MY MONEY WHILE HE KEPT MY NEW MOTOR AND HE DIDN'T DO THE JOB I PPAID HIM TO DO.DO NOT TRUST HIM.I'll complain to BBB also and city of Chicago for this poor and dishonest business.
