Replaced a water heater that was under warranty in a timely manner. Staff were professional and friendly while flexible when faced with a hiccup that was out of their hands (our issue). Overall, would recommend them for future projects.

Our tankless water heater was making some funky noises and we called hot water 911 after checking out some options of repair services. They were able to get someone out swiftly, they knew immediately what the issue was, ordered the part, came back to install and were efficient, professional, and informed. Very helpful company to deal with. I needed a 50 gallon hot water fixed the day I called. They were able to help me and there technician was extremely polite and sincere person to deal with... After he fixed everything my 50 gallon tank was Awesome
