Michael is absolutely AMAZING! I had the best haircut in 5 years. I showed him pictures of how I wanted my hair to look, and he understood it immediately and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I also did a Brazilian Blowout to make my hair smoother, and the result was great! My hair was not only smooth but also had more weight afterwards. Also, the whole experience was great and Michael was very patient throughout and did a great job with everything. Would definitely return, and I recommend this place to everyone!

The first time I came here I was very happy with the results, the second time not so much. I booked an appointment with the stylist from the first time, Leo.
When I got there I told them I had an appointment with Leo and they took me to the wrong stylist. I didn't recall exactly what he looked like so to make sure I asked him if he was Leo and he said yes. (When he wasn't). I asked for long layers and for him to remove some bulk as my hair is really thick and I wanted it to have more movement and flow more. The way he cut my hair made me hair stick out from the ends and he made the ends look damaged. I went back to get my haircut fixed with Leo and he took off even more hair and now my hair is overly thin from the ends!
According to them it is because my hair is wavy but hair texture has nothing to do with a bad haircut!!!
You should probably avoid them if you don't have asian hair as they're not very experience with other hair textures.
