image How disappointed I am with this store! I paid them in December to deliver a package but it was never received! I called many times asking for a resolution.  It is now March, and still, nothing has been done to reimburse me for my lost item or what I paid to have it delivered.  Every time I call, I am given the run-around by the manager.  I would never use them again!  I am disgusted with their poor service and don't feel that they even deserve one star!

image We live nearby and have sometimes had packages delivered here to be sure they weren't stolen off the street. It's usually reliable and pleasant enough, but today takes the cake. The package we were waiting for was marked as delivered at 3:10pm on Monday. Tuesday we went by to pick it up and were told it wasn't there, that USPS often scans things in as delivered when they're not, and to keep checking. Today I called, inquired as instructed, and ended up being lectured and yelled at by someone named Brittany about how often it happens, how annoying it is, etc, etc. I let her know that her yelling and tone seemed unwarranted when I was just asking about a package. No apology, continued to be rude. I said thanks and hung up. She called me back, using caller ID, not once...but twice. Both times continuing her ranting about how she had camera footage to prove it, then threatened to refuse the package when and if it comes, it was unreal. As I was replying to her, she hung up. I'm stunned. It's almost comical. What should have been a quick, calm phone call spiraled into some unhinged tirade demonstrating just how much this woman hates her job. I sympathize, and I would have written it off as just a bad day but the TWO phone calls continuing the tone and volume were just too much. Pro tip for folks in customer service: when a customer says your tone and volume are not appropriate, genuinely apologize and take it down several notches, particularly when someone was just asking questions that are literally in the job description. So do yourself a favor...go anywhere else. And let's all hope Brittany's day or life gets better.
