      image I used this location to ship somethings to where I was moving, including an LG monitor. I paid for extra insurance to cover the cost of the monitor. After it arrived, the box didn't show any signs of damage. So, I didnt think to take any pictures of it. But after unpacking it and hooking it up it was clear that part of the screen had been damaged and that I would need to buy a new monitor. I tried for months to claim my insurance on the screen. But they refused to give it to me without a photo of the box. I was not informed that a photo of the box was required to claim the insurance. So, now Im out $500.
      I will never use this company again and I recommend you dont either.
