        I ordered a basket for my sisters bday i told them to call her when they where they and they never did it was supposed to have a card if it was an e-card i have no way to get it to print very disappointed

        I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered on July 8th. It was never delivered. I called the store multiple times and no one picks up the phone.

        Never received delivery. Called several times, no answer. Left a voicemail, no call back. Continue to call and seems like someone answers then hangs up. Order was supposed to be delivered on June 4th. Its now June 14th.

        HORRIBLE, ordered my order online today needed to make a adjustment on the address Ive been calling since 11am it is now 4pm they say their open untill 5 Ive left 4 messages on a machine that they wont respond to . I wish I saw these reviews first I spent 130$ and I cant get any help??! This is ridiculous.... Day after still no answer or call back , thanks a lot !!
