The level of customer service at Interior Define is out of this world! I never felt rushed, they let me see every couch fabric sample I could get my hands on and sent me off with the same amount of swatches. Allowing a large swath to cover couches in different areas of the showroom was an absolute game changer in terms of determining what color palette to go with. Highly recommend this company for your furniture needs.

This deserves negative stars. Buyer beware, this company is a scam. They will sell you a furniture without the intention of every delivering it or giving a refund. My story - I ordered a couch in July ($4k) and expected for it to be delivered by early November. Things started to get weird when I followed up on my order, they said there were delivery delays, which kept pushing back my order by a month at a time. I then started asking about refund options, and was told a refund could maybe be possible in 3 months (red alert - cash flow issues!). After 7 months, I was notified that my couch wouldn't be completed AND a refund couldn't be processed. Meanwhile, Interior Define had the capital to roll out a new website. To add insult to injury, their San Francisco store still sells the Sloane couch I purchased (the same one I sat on, ordered, and paid for in July), but they have confirmed with the sale to Havenly that they do not owe me a couch, nor do they owe me a refund. My $4k is completely lost. And to make matters worse, I'm 8.5 months pregnant. I ordered the couch before I got pregnant and will be nursing on a hardwood floor! If I had time to stand outside their door and warn innocent consumers like myself, I would. Do not purchase from them. Do your research, they have stolen thousands of dollars from tens of thousands innocent consumers.

I was not able to get a hold of anyone by phone, chat, or email for over 2 months - despite there being advertised sales (which I missed out on because I wasnt able to get in touch with anyone) After doing some simple research on the company and reading the news, I decided I would not pursue my purchase. At this point, I feel I may have dodged a bullet and Im grateful I wasnt able to hear back. I will not be spending my money here even if I get a call back. I feel so badly for those who spent thousands of dollars and have been met with radio silence. What a disaster and breach of trust.

Love this studio - on the most beautiful corner in Lincoln Park with friendly and knowledgeable designers. I had endless questions about the different customization options and they were so helpful and patient!
