        We ordered a house warming plant for my daughter's​ new apartment. Had it delivered the afternoon we arrived to see her apartment for the first time. When we arrived it was clear that the plant I chose was much too big for her apartment. I called the florist on Saturday to see what could be done. He was most accommodating. He offered to come and trim the plant down or replace it with a smaller plant. We went with the latter. On Sunday morning, he came by the apartment and switched the plants. Everyone was happy. Next time I have a need for a Chicago florist, I'll be using Prost Florist again.
