Delivered the MOST GORGEOUS flowers, right on time. My best friend was beyond thrilled. So fresh, modern, perfectly arranged. Competitively priced but better quality than other online shops I looked at in Chicago. Highly recommend. (Pic: 25 stems, pastel designer choice).

Sent same-day sympathy flowers with Ode a la Rose and had a good experience. The wrong bouquet photo was sent to me when the order went out for delivery, but customer service made it right promptly after I contacted them. My recipient loved the bouquet!

Had flowers delivered for my birthday. I was thrown off that everything arrived in a box and I ended up arranging everything. For $250 I would expect the vase to come with the arrangement. The flowers were good quality but it shouldnt be a do it yourself kit. Every other high end florist I've used or had delivered has done the arrangement for delivery.

Fantastic customer service! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday and they initially were delivered to the wrong house by fedex, but they resolved the issue and were able to get the flowers resent to us the next day. They are beautiful too. Thank you again!
