I ordered one of the simple arrangements from their online portal a few days before Valentine's Day, and the flowers were vibrant, varied, and even more beautiful than the pictures. Also very easy to pick up from the studio the day of. Will definitely be ordering again.

We had the absolute best experience using Anna Held Floral Studio for our wedding in Chicago this Summer. Beth was our main contact and she executed our vision for our wedding day perfectly. They handled all our florals (bouquets, boutonnieres, cake florals, table scapes, etc.) and we also rented all our candles through them as well. They handled set up and clean up and made it a completely seamless experience for us. Can't wait to use them for any/all of our future floral needs :)

We worked with Beth at Anna Held Floral Studio for our wedding and Beth exceeded our expectations with the wedding flowers of our dreams! I wanted bold warm colors you would find in a sunset, and boy did she deliver!!! I mean just look at the photos are you kidding me!?! Stunning!! When she dropped off the flowers for the bridal party, I couldnt help but give her the biggest hug - she is the warmest, most kind, and special person. It is clear that she is passionate about her business and her customers. The flowers completely transformed the venue and all of our guests could not stop complimenting the table arrangements and bridal party floral. We plan to be repeat customers throughout the years, and revisit Beth for future floral needs :)

The end product was very good. The customer service provided by Stephanie was not. I placed order the day prior online via their website portal. I specified it needed to be delivered by 3pm. In the end it was. I want to point out those positives. However, when I called at 1pm to see if the order was going out, Stephanie said she didn't know and would have to call me back in 5 minutes. After an hour I called back to get an update and Stephanie was confrontational and argumentative. I just said I wanted to get an update, she said a five minute update and it was an hour and 15 minutes before the recipient was departing. If they haven't started on my order that doesn't give them a lot of time to prepare and deliver the order. That's all. But Stephanie insisted on arguing and even asked do you want me to cancel the order when it turned out it was already out for delivery which she could just have said and avoided all of it. On that engagement, I wouldn't order from them again. It became unnecessary and stressful for what should have been an easily trackable online order. Then you're also on their mailing list which you'll have to opt out of.
