Not a great experience here, as there was a new guy working there on his first day, working alone, and I got robbed. To paint a picture, after walking in there in need if a quick sauna sesh and workout, out of kindness, after he asked for my information, I gave it to him. Next thing I know he keeps making up reasons why since it's his first day and he doesn't know me, he'd rather not let me in and blah blah blah. So, I just buy a protein bar and leave. They did not have Apple Pay available, and this guy started freaking out--and while I was already having a pretty long day, he starts over-suspiciously grilling me about how it's so "weird" that I don't have a physical card and more blah blah blah. And then going back-and-forth with "I'm sorry, I'm new here." The next thing I know, within three hours, there's an unauthorized charge to my card that I had to give him the numbers to --While, I had to go to a different gym subsequently to make it. Thankfully, the charge wasn't much.  But shady either way and additional stress to an already chaotic and stressful time generally with the state of things globally and all for many of us!He was blasting metal music, and in metal genre-appropriate attire. It wasn't a great or pleasant experience. While Xsport has some fantastic and incredible people working at the gyms, there are the crooked, shifty-shady  outliers that paint a bad picture and create an opening for a bad time.
