It looks poor when a client isnâ€™t informed when an attorney leaves. Sure, you could argue itâ€™s the attorneyâ€™s responsibility to give notice and place things in order. Itâ€™s another poor look when the State sends forms to the firm regarding a clientâ€™s LLC that get ignored. Completely baffled how poorly things were handled by a firm of this size.
