O'Malley & Madden PC

I contacted the firm the week before thanksgiving. I had to call a week later because I still had not heard back, they made an appt to get my information via phone 6 days after that call. I spent 40 minutes giving my story, was told a partner would look over the information and call me back. Two weeks later still no word, I called, they said they would update the partner I needed a more timely answer. A week later, I called again since I still had gotten to replies. I got an email from John Madden several days after that call asking for clarification, and I replied the day after receiving that email. I never got a reply. A week after sending that reply, I emailed again saying I would need an answer by the end of the week (so 6 weeks after my initial call) or I would need to find new representation. He wasn't even courteous enough to reply. They get one star for at least making a phone appointment with an associate I suppose (even though that did end up just being a waste of my time)
