Our experience was the best ever!! We worked with John and found him to be extremely professional and easy to work with. Chris, who installed our blinds made sure we were entirely comfortable and happ with our electronic blinds. We will be replacing all other existing blinds with electronic blinds as well. Finally, the price was tight as well! I’ll definitely refer them to friends and family.

Gotcha Covered has been my VERY favorite place for window coverings for many years. In 2017 we had electronic window coverings installed in our home in Bucktown. In 2020, we also had electronic shades installed at our preschool Songbird Academy. Most recently they installed a room divider at one of the classrooms. Per usual, it's a perfect solution for the classrooms. The quality is always outstanding. And the team is truly amazing and everyone has been there forever! Such a pleasure! I'll be calling again soon I'm sure.
