Would give them a zero but it wont let me. Horrible service, they will not answer their phone. I was told technician was on his way at 6:45 am and never showed up after waiting 8 hours. Every time I call he has some other excuse as to why he is not there. Over 8 hours of waiting the technician Dwayne will not answer his phone and the company RC Home Maintenance wont either. Dont waste you time with them.

This company is not reliable, Im still waiting on someone to show up to fix my air conditioner. My home warranty set this appointment up, 2 days and I still have no air conditioning

Wayfair contracted them out to come and put up my Gazebo. When only 2 men showed up for the job I was a little skeptical but these guy got to work and got the job done. It took long than expected because they were short handed but the outcome was worth the wait. If youre like me you read reviews and make you pick based off other people past experiences. I have nothing bad to say. They do not clean up the boxes, paper, etc so just be prepared for that Service: Furniture assembly
