Absolutely love this place. Dr. Hoff is an amazing chiro who takes the time to listen to any and all concerns. I look forward to seeing her & always walk out feeling great and knowledgeable about what I can do to help myself at home!

I would not recommend Aligned's functional nutrition group for multiple reasons. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly, but I definitely felt more like a cash cow rather than a patient with my health in their best interests. I spent over $1000 with them and glad it was mostly my expiring FSA money.After my initial appointment, I was told I needed a blood test where they 'look for things that traditional doctors wouldn't look for.' Great! I took time on a Saturday morning to complete a series of tests (about 12 vials worth) and discussed the results at a subsequent $200 appointment. The Aligned doctor thought my results seemed incorrect without sharing why he thought so. I was instructed to again get my blood drawn and paid for a third appointment to discuss the results. The doctor again seemed dubious about some of the results and instructed me to get my blood drawn again. At my fourth $200 appointment, he still wanted me to get another draw, which I did not do. I showed him my nutritional panel and other tests done at Northwestern a year before my appointments at Align, which he flipped through but didn't consider in his diagnosis.I was also prescribed a series of very questionable supplements during my first appointment without in-depth discussion about what each one is for. I was prescribed a different series of supplements during my third appointment which I did end up buying, but wish I had asked for a second opinion before shelling out $250 for them.Don't pay $600 for their food sensitivity tests. I asked what made their version almost $450 more than an Everlywell test and they replied that 'their tests test for more things.'  Save your money and buy the upgraded Everlywell kit.The nutritionist I saw is also extremely condescending. I'm within a normal weight range, but admitted I hadn't worked out in about 2 months when I saw her. She was aghast and said 'you don't do *anything?*' which made me very uncomfortable for the rest of my appointment. All of the nutritional guidance she gave me could be found via a simple Google search. I spent $200 on that appointment and it was far from worth it. Avoid if you can. There are other holistic and functional nutritionists in Chicago that are worth your time and money.

What an excellent team here at the Lincoln Park clinic! I came in with some back pain/issues years in the making, and in 2 months feel worlds better! Dr. Monaco and Jay were so helpful from the first moment. I haven't been feeling my healthiest lately, and knew that could be contributing to pain, but they never judged and always made me feel comfortable. I love that this isn't just an "adjust and go" kind of clinic, but they also spend time focusing on strengthening and exercises that not only help eliminate pain, but prevent it in the future. Jasmine at the front desk is also so sweet and helpful! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. This was my first chiropractic experience and I can be wary of seeing new doctors, but this team is exceptional.

The staff was always very kind during my visits. However, my experience with the functional medicine provider and nutritionist proved to be a huge financial investment and waste of my time. I was constantly sent for labs and tests that were costly. Each visit I felt that something new appeared and off to another test when the root problems were not addressed. I had seen my primary care provider right before starting at Align in which my labs were normal. The labs obtained once starting at Align were immensely different in the matter of a week; values that cannot possibly change in the matter of even months were very far off. I was very dissatisfied with my experience and outcome here. I believe in functional medicine and nutrition for good health but my experience here proved to not cater to that.
