First thing first Great vibe and very professional. Before coming here I had issues with sport injuries and once I sat down with Dr. Koch explained what was going on. He explained in detail what he will be doing and how long the recovery process will be. I left this place with new information and daily exercise to help continue with my treatment. That being said I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

I had a great experience here! I was able to be seen quickly and felt like the practitioners I saw (chiropractor and massage therapist) were very professional and made me feel confident in our plan for treatment. I came in with a back injury and started to feel better immediately after the first appointment, and continued to get better with each appointment after. 10/10 would recommend!

Lakeside helped me recover from a neck injury rapidly. They gave me the information i need to maintain my spine health without returning to a chiropractor. Dr kiper is attentive and thorough. Highly recommend!

At 36 weeks pregnant, I was told that my baby had flipped into breech position. This was concerning because there were few noninvasive options to turn the baby so close to my due date. My midwife suggested that I try The Webster Method, a chiropractic process that balances the pelvis to invite the baby into a head first position. I had never heard of the technique before and worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a good chiropractor who specialized in the technique on such short notice. Luckily, I discovered Lakeside Spine and Wellness later that same afternoon! The location was within walking distance for me (even at 36 weeks pregnant) and setting up my first appointment was a breeze. I appreciated how friendly the staff was and how quickly I was able to be seen for my issue. I was matched with Dr. Kiper based on his expertise with prenatal patients and The Webster Method. Working with Dr. Kiper was amazing! He was always thoughtful, honest, and very helpful with all of my concerns during the process of encouraging baby to “flip”. After four visits and doing the exercises Dr. Kiper taught me, baby was where she needed to be at my follow up visit and remained there until delivery. No need for an ECV at the hospital! Dr. Kiper’s guidance not only helped me get my baby ready for a safer birth, it also improved my chronic “tech neck” pain and poor sitting posture. His adjustments, along with Ken the incredible massage therapist, definitely improved the quality of my late pregnancy and postpartum comfort. I highly recommend Lakeside! I will also note that the office has undergone renovations and is definitely the most design conscious and superbly tidy chiropractor’s office I’ve visited in Chicago.

Are you in back pain? Do you feel like you just can not walk from here to the corner without pain? This is your place, don't wait another day. I have been to chiropractors, podiatrists, and physical therapists, all wanting a ton of time and money with minimal results. I walked in to see Dr. Samuel Pare and could barely walk 4 weeks ago and a week later, I felt so much better. I had a set-back after pulling something heavy but after a few days, of doing my "homework" I was back to feeling fine. This is my results and I can't promise you a miracle but if you "do the homework" assigned as I have the last few weeks, then results will happen. I feel so much better, my pain level is very low now and I am walking 30 minutes at a time without pain. This is a major accomplishment since during the pandemic shut-down my pain was a steady 7 level. I am so grateful to Dr. Pare and the amazingly knowledgeable, professional and talented office staff. I have never had such an amazing experience at a chiropractic office before now. PS - You must also get a massage, it's fantastic!
