My experience with Dr. Mendez has been amazing! She has helped me with my back pain tremendously. Dr. Mendez takes the time to explain what is causing the pain and customizes a treatment plan for you. The exercises she has given me help keep me pain free! Along with excellent care from Dr. Mendez, the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Excellent experience withe the entire team to include the front desk crew, Dr. Pare and Ken for massage. I consider visits to Lakeside an essential part of my wellness routine. Dr. Pare emphasizes his continuing education and incorporates that knowledge into his treatment protocols. He works not just on isolated aches and pains but with the bigger health picture in mind. Hes seen me through TMJ and plantar fasciitis in addition to back, hip and neck pain, and is happy to work in coordination with other doctors or physical therapists. The PysiApp is helpful for remembering your at-home exercise program. Highly recommend the team at Lakeside!

I went to another chiropractor for years with no results. After my initial sessions and my continued preventative care at Lakeside Spine and Wellness, my back feels amazing! Ive worked with most of the doctors there and they have all been fabulous! The doctors are attentive and work with you to design the best plan that fits your needs and ability. This is not a one size fits all chiropractic group. The office staff is also amazing. They happily greet you when you arrive and help with any questions regarding payments and insurance. My regular doctor is Dr. Mendez and she is the BEST! She takes not only an active interest in helping me with my spine. She is so warm and friendly! Always checking in to see whats going on in my life. One more plus, they have on-staff massage therapists! I highly recommend Lakeside Spine and Wellness. I tell anyone I talk to who is looking for a chiropractor to go here!

I really enjoy everything about lakeside. Dr. Roman has been incredibly kind, patient and validating. He listens really well and has been able to customize treatment for me (vs cookie cutter approach). I recommend highly!!

I'd recommend Lakeside Spine & Wellness for anyone experiencing back pain. Dr. Roman designed a treatment plan that not only addressed the pain, but also included strategies to prevent recurrences. I completed my program today with my back pain gone, and I'm confident that I now have the tools to remain pain-free.
