Hoyne Savings Bank

I'm not sure why this place would have good reviews. I went to the squat red brick Hoyne on Milwaukee and it's evident the moment you walk in they haven't updated the place since the 70s. Everything is burnt orange and stinks like somebody has been smoking in it for 40 years. There's nothing inside but the tellers. No ATMs, no chairs or bankers. This seems like the bank you go to when your credit is too abysmal to get a car loan anywhere else. The woman at the counter was a joyless and unpleasant individual unable to keep her temper in check long enough to competently field a question about the janky ATM they installed outside. It was refreshing though to see a woman so dedicated to having given up on life. She's a woman of strong conviction.

I've been with Hoyne since the 80's with my first home loan. It was great dropping off my payment and also knowing my loan would not be sold off. I've also had a savings acct with them. Highly recommend.

Ive been a customer of Hoyne for quite awhile. Over twenty years. Customer service has always been great. This bank is so much better than any one of the big name banks. Big name banks seem to be all the same. Big words, hidden schemes and high complicated fees. Not at Hoyne. Great service & explanation of what is. Or isnt. People today seem to be mesmerized by fancy empty suits and babbling words. I myself appreciate Hoyne.

Great service Bankers helped me to open an account and CDs I can go to other Hoyne facility closer but for me I appreciate the help and service at Milwaukee branch

Best bank on the north side of Chicago. Offers everything for you savings and loan needs. And safety deposit box needs.plus has drive thru and atm
