        The worst customer assistance I’ve ever had. Staff members are rude, disrespectful and no help. Even the branch manager was disrespectful and rude. This branch location should look into getting other workers. Do not go here, you won’t be helped.

        Horrible staff, specifically the older middle eastern women that work there. Rude, incompetent, and disrespectful to customers that have been with Citibank for more than 20 years. I have since cleared my account and moved to Chase. Best decision I have made.
