Es una placer para mi deja este comentario porq la atención del personal de BMO HARRIS BANK especial por las personas q me han atendido siempre como Jerman sosa y Víctor Rodríguez han tenido una buena atención para mi siempre me he quedado satisfecha y feliz por su buen trato y pasiencia. Jerman siempre aclara mis dudas ala que tengo siempre con mucha amabilidad y entusiasmo para conmigo. No he podido encontrar la atención en otro banco y personal como la de este banco. Felicito a todos por su Apollo.🙏🏼😇🙏🏼

Been with BMO for over 10 years, this branch is not a representation of the company. Personal bankers are very unprofessional, you feel like you’re at the DMV. They don’t let you access the walk up atm after hours so you have to walk up to the drive up atm, which I can assume I based on prejudice because of the surrounding homeless community. Hours are changing for no reason, just tried to walk in at 12pm on a Saturday and they were closed. On the locked door it clearly says they’re open until 1pm. This branch should be closed and redone completely to meet the BMO Harris standard set at every other branch.

When I'm there, everyone is great, but calling that bank I'm never, and I mean never able to get through. They couldn't be that busy calling early in the morning. So many attempts calling and no one to answer the call.

The tellers here do nothing but sit in their phone and talk on it or are too busy talking down on others... customer service 👎🏽
