Best shop in the area. Had my car at 2 other Vw dealerships and 13 visits in 1 year trying to resolve and issue with my car pulling to the right and shaking. They were able to diagnose the problem before I was able to get a ride back home. The other Vw dealership installed my control arms upside down and with too much pressure. Ask for nick, Lawrence or Miguel they are the hardest working guys around!

I stopped in to check out a vehicle that I've been eyeing. This is my first time ever looking at a vehicle in Chicago itself. Likes: The staff was fantastic and the car was as described so no complaints there at all. Dislikes: when I first got there [I am use to a carlot with places for customers to park] I pulled into the lot and was yelled at by security that I can't pull in onto the property. WHAT? A carlot without customer parking? I was told that I had to find a place on a street to park. WTH? What if I'm trading in my car and have to park down the street somewhere? Anyways that's the 1 downside that I felt about going to this dealership. So just beware if you shop here on a busy day, you will be parking so where other than up front. I went on a Monday morning and godforbid if it were a Saturday.
