Unfortunately, Nery and his team was unable to properly review the City of Chicago Water stop date which ended up costing additional funds because I had to pay for a portion of the sellers water bill due to this oversight! I have emailed him but they do not go past his assistant and she has now stopped responding altogether. Not good at all!
