      image Working at what is now "Schwartz Gilligan" gave me a sense of how unethical some firms are. They favor favoritism even if the person they favor is unprofessional/rude/problematic towards other staff members especially new arrivals. You're basically stuck at a dead end job without getting promoted if Ms. Esther Schwartz doesn't personally like you or doesn't believe in your ability to handle more duties. Overall, the working environment is toxic. People aren't familiar with the term "come in do your job and go home" they worry a lot about what others are doing rather than focusing on themselves and what they have to get done. It's unbearable which is why you see people walking in and out :)
