Not a very nice attorney with respect to her clients. Sarcastic, rude and disrespectful are the words I would use to describe her. She's too old to be practicing law and has a difficult time staying on task in front of a judge and jurors. If you're that old and incompetent it's time to hang it up. An example of her instability is she will argue the the judge uncontrollably after she was told by the judge to stop, be quiet, sit down and close your mouth or I'll hold you in contempt! I've seen first hand how unethical an attorney can be with her billing practices. She bills for her time and without the clients knowing she uses her associate attorney during court to hand her paperwork and things. By the time the client knows she billing for this, Candice has exhausted the client's retainer and has rooted herself deep into the clients case. By this point the clients have little choice and are forced to use her. If the clients disagrees with her, she will promptly ask the court for leave. She uses the excuse that there are ethical differences between her and her client. Not something you want a presiding judge to hear.
