This law firm misrepresented an estate in a wrongful death claim I had interest in. For 3 years he went to court and quit about 4 months before trial. The estate never received settlement or judgment due to their deceptive practices. It was later discovered that this law firm and/or attorney, Robert W. Kate's legal professional liability insurance was with the same insurance company the defendants had liability coverage with, which was a conflict of interest. This law firm was secretly paid by defendant's self Insured trust through power of attorney and ditched the estate' s claims leaving it high and dry. The public must beware of this unethical law firm and avoid doing business with them.
