I spoke with Rosa who was incredibly rude. Did not want to listen to me kept cutting me off. When I asked to speak to a manager she stated she was the manager. Poor communication skills. You can't give them any information because they cut you off. I have paid my dedt but money was still coming out of check. Nobody told me how long it would take creating a financial hardship. I understand these calls are recorded for training purposes so please review my call and correct your staff. No apology or sorry this happened to you let me see how to fix it. Rosa is rude and disrespectful. When she doesn't want to talk to you anymore she just puts you on hold . Makes it hard for you to make a payment or honor the agreement. If Markoff sees her reviews they should be ashamed to have her working there, she should not be in customer service. In the words of Dave Chapelle "I wish I had more hands so I can give this 4 thumbs down."
