UPDATE: Still no lock change nor follow up. Don't bother looking here. The only positive is their price point for Lincoln Square. I agree with the other 1- Star. I could write an essay, but I'll keep it short. - Poor management systems. They've lost cash payments and blamed their tenants for not keeping track. Fair, but a bad look. - Bad customer support. I have no idea the gentleman I talked to, but he is inept and has no customer service skills. - Inability to maintain security. We've had multiple robberies, and are only now getting the locks changed a year later... As if that's enough. No consideration of security cameras or making sure that workers do not prop doors open or notify residents of work being done in their particular corridor. - Nothing is up to date, yet they have the audacity to charge almost a grand for a tiny 1-bedroom - Drains clog frequently The only good thing about this place is the building manager, George. They overwork him, and they provide no support logistically nor managerially. Look elsewhere.

It's remarkable that the owners POS son is still handling customer service calls. Never have I come across a customer service employee so smug and condescending. Don't bother with this company. We've had multiple incidences of bikes and belongings stolen from the building right around the same time they have their crews come in to do work every year. They accept no responsibility, no cameras, and usually blame people inside the building as if people inside the building are stealing shoes in the hallway on a different floor. One phone call with Paul and you'll know what you're getting yourself into by signing a lease with this company.
