I should have heeded the red flag when she came into the office with crumbs and food spilled all on her dress, she’s lazy. Did absolutely nothing for me and refuses to return my retainer! If you ever get Vicki Pasley assigned to your case as a Guardian Ad Litem, do not listen to your lawyers telling you that GALs cannot be removed. Vicki is utterly biased. NEVER let her meet your child (even for a couple of hours total). Refuse. Never pay. She will keep referring to your child as her client. She is extremely biased. She uses key words with the Judge to help aid in proving her biases. She will collude with the other attorney repeatedly behind your back, pretending that she isn't. She is looking out for herself and where future income may be. I would also say that she is bi-polar as much as she flips out on a tantrum. She has lost it, innumerable times in a few conferences, only, and she has lied to me, and then in open court. And she will give the other side who is clueless, lift, direction, ideas, and then yells at the top of her lungs. But worse, she will go to the Judge, lie in open court and then ask the other lawyer excitedly... "When can I do my deposition with you?" Hypocritical Bi-Polar. Have the order reversed immediately. That is what is what I wanted to do, but kept getting talked out of it. And then she sends her assistant in "J" to have the Judges eyes. It's just a big game to her.

Terrible attorney for your children. Don't allow the court to appoint her. Definitely did not have the best interest of my kids in mind only for the other party and very bias. If I could give her a negative star she would get 5 of them.
