Is not knowledgeable in immigration law but presented himself as such. Used up months and months of our time and money. Constantly messed up in sending correct documents, payment amounts, etc. on our behalf. Is completely disorganized and unapologetic for the countless mistakes that he made. Everytime my family member went there, he completely forgot who she was - so we had to remind him of our case. Especially at a time where immigration policy and it's future is uncertain, never did he work with or display a sense of urgency or care for the client. Shame on him. If you're so burnt out as an attorney and not concerned whatsoever for your client, why practice.

Richard Birnbaum is a fantastic lawyer. He is highly experienced and tactful. He is capable of solving any critical immigration matter. He may take longer time to resolve it but the chances are it will come out right. I liked his laid back personality unlike other immigration lawyers. Sorry to say but most of them are just after makig big bucks from helpless, troubled people. Richard is not like one of those his whole intention is to solve the case and make things happen. "Richard you are the best!!!!". Thank you.
