Scot listens to exactly what we’re looking for in an apartment, and delivers a wide selection for us to pick from. On several occasions, he has arranged a day of apartment tours that has allowed us to really get a feel for our potential new apartment. Scot is extremely knowledgeable, not only about renting, but also about the different neighborhoods of Chicago. Additionally, Scot took the appropriate precautions during COVID to ensure the safety of me, my boyfriend, and current tenants. I would highly recommend working with Scot on your next apartment!

I had the pleasure of taking a tour of Chicago with Ryan from Spaces and it was truly a great experience. Knowledge of the areas and units was only half of it, he did a great job showing how Chicago could be my new home. The application process wasn't the most intuitive but it helped to be walked through every step of the way with quick response times, I'll be using this group next time I'm looking for a place to rent.

I would like to thank Spaces for having people like Scot Morton to represent them in front of clients. I never felt more confident and comfortable looking for a place with an agent before. Scot has literally gone above and beyond throughout the process and helped us find a beautiful apartment with a great deal! My girlfriend and I really appreciate Scot, along with the time and the effort he has shown and invested from the first time we have showed interest in one of the listed properties.
