        This place is a total GEM. Caretaking/maintenance manager is extremely accessible and responsive/friendly/helpful, apartments have beautiful views, fabulous open layouts with great appliances/chic styling, and concrete floors = QUIET as can be! We're lived here for almost 9 months and literally the only sound we've ever heard is from the bar two streets over (sometimes has music until 11pm), and the trains (totally tolerable though and don't wake us up at night w/a white noise machine running). As musicians, we're so grateful that we can play music and not bother our neighbors. Open rooms here are few and far between, but if you see one, no need to think twice!
